FAQ & troubleshooting
Before you ask if it is down
Most problems are either temporary maintenance, a missing permission, a Plex sign-in mismatch, or a request still working through the download queue.
I cannot sign in to a tool.
Make sure you are using the same Plex account tied to your invite. Some services also require separate access to be enabled.
A service is not loading.
Check the public UptimeRobot page first. If a requested item is missing, check Monitarr to see whether it is still queued or downloading.
Can I request access from here?
No public access form is available right now. Ask the person who referred you for a current invite link.
Do donations grant access?
No. Donations are optional and appreciated, but they do not guarantee access, priority, or special treatment.
